Mr. Reynolds is a successful corporate operations and structure executive with a strong history of successful businesses and relationships within the private and public market sector. Mr. Reynolds has proven skills in directing growing businesses, and assisting them in making the transition from the private sector to the public sector.
Successfully secured Venture Funding and Investment Banking for many companies, including Dick Clark Productions, Herbalife, e-trade, CompuServe, GI Industries, American Network Group, Luminart Intl, Ethos Environmental along with others. Responsible for growth from business development using M&A and subsidiary structure exceeding 50 Million gross in less than 3 years as a CEO.
Sales and Marketing - Closed the most successful new artist launch with EMI Germany. Launched a new skin care product line featuring Pam Anderson as the spokesperson. Created a worldwide brand for Luminart products including the “Luminite” gel products. Personally featured as cover story in Traders Magazine. Managed artists were featured on the cover of Playboy Magazine and signed multi album contracts with EMI Germany.
Non-Profit - Successfully restructured the management and budget of the American Lung Association of Ventura County, raising more charitable funds in one year than had ever been raised previously. Responsible for creating golf tournaments at Sherwood Country Club for six consecutive years
Investor Relations - Partnered with many companies to assist them with their public launch, Trading and Underwriting, Though his efforts as a market maker for 500 + small companies assisted in providing “white knight” service to start up and small cap companies.
He successfully served as the CEO, President, and Corporate Development officer for numerous companies, including OTRA Clearing and GI Industries leading the companies to multi-million dollar successes.
Human Resources - Consulted with companies to provide direction for Executive Compensation, Payroll, and Employee relations. As President of GI Industries the combined divisional operations had over 300 employees.
Manufacturing/Production -Successfully negotiated the establishment of $200M facility for a client, capable of producing $50M/monthly production. Created a 100% vertical manufacturing facility for production of a proprietary C&C technology.
Transportation - Served as the Executive General Manager of a $36M Mack Truck Dealership, after structuring the acquisition. Successfully turned the operation profitable in 90 days after acquisition. Previous management had lost money for 20 consecutive years.
Racing- Mike Reynolds successfully completed as a professional Top Fuel and Funny Car owner/operator for over 15 years. Negotiated corporate pod advertising for INDY 500 cars 2007-2008. Negotiated contingency category changes with NHRA for specific product advertising.
Horse breeding-successful breeding operations covering a 4 ranch operation with over 400 brood mares, competed on a national scale winning over 15 Grand Champion competitions.
Man of the Year award from American Lung Association Ventura three consecutive years.
